They scan the poster.
A Scan-to-join poster at the counter, with your club's name on it. A member points their phone camera at it. That's the whole introduction.
This QR code is real. Scan it with your phone and it opens this page.
A point of sale built for how South African clubs actually work. Members join themselves by scanning a poster, check in with the card on their phone, and every collection lands in your stock, your cash-up and your legal record the moment it happens. And when the power goes, the till keeps selling.
Scan. Join. Trust My G.
A Scan-to-join poster at the counter, with your club's name on it. A member points their phone camera at it. That's the whole introduction.
This QR code is real. Scan it with your phone and it opens this page.
Five things: name, date of birth, email, phone and a password. Then your questions and your terms. Under-18s are refused. Nothing for staff to type, no form to file.
Activation is instant: their member card is on the screen with its QR code, and they're in your register. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app, and it still shows with no signal.
Hold the phone to the webcam, or search by name. The till won't charge without a member. Tap a strain, then enter what they're charged for and what the scale said. The over-pour shows on the line, and the price steps down your grade's ladder by itself. Sold by the gram, with My G.
Cash, with the change worked out. Card, with the Yoco reference kept for cash-up. Points, taken off first. Receipt D-0001, points earned on what they actually paid, and Next sale clears the counter.
Every person on the till runs their own shift: opening float, pay-ins and pay-outs with a reason, and a close that shows expected against counted. Short or over is recorded as it is, and the card total is there to check against the Yoco app. Every cent accounted for.

There are no walk-in sales. Every collection is a dispense to a member: what they were charged, what left the shelf, who rang it up, on whose shift.
Lose the line and the till carries on. Sales queue, the shelf keeps counting down so the last 6 g can't sell twice, and the queue sends itself when the connection returns. Voids, points and the drawer wait for the line, and the screen says so.
Exotic, AAA, Greenhouse, Smalls, Kief. Each grade has weight tiers, and the per-gram rate drops as the amount goes up. Charged and weighed are both kept. He never misses a gram.
One point per R 10 and 100 points for R 10 off, out of the box. Change either number, or switch points off and every trace of them disappears together.
Tick the vapes, edibles and pre-rolls you carry in the shared Marketplace and import them in seconds. Add your own for anything else. Flower comes in through Stock in.
Counter staff run the till and their own shift. Admins see prices, stock and the numbers. Voiding needs an admin, and the record says who.
Revenue, best sellers and trends in Analytics. Every action, by whom and when, in Activity.
The assistant inside the app. Ask him how anything works and he shows you, step by step, from the manual.
A club's defence is its paperwork. My G Biz turns that paperwork into a record that writes itself, and leaves the wording to you.
Paste the membership terms your lawyer gave you. Saving publishes version 1. Change a word later and it becomes version 2, but every member's record keeps the version they actually agreed to, and the moment they ticked it.
Add the yes/no questions your club needs: marketing consent, house rules, whatever your lawyer wants on file. Each answer is kept on the member's record.
Date of birth is captured at sign-up, and under-18s are refused before they ever reach the counter.
Name, date of birth, email, phone. No ID scans, no signatures, no photos. The data you never collect is data you can never leak, and POPIA is a lot shorter when the list is.
Charged weight and weighed weight, both kept. Voids are a status with a reason and a name against them, never a deletion. Nothing is edited after the fact.
Flower, items, spend and points, per member, always current. The app records; your people apply your club's rules with the numbers in front of them.
Member registry, per-collection records, batch-linked stock. When track-and-trace rules land, the record already exists, years of it.
1. Membership is open to adults aged 18 and over who agree to these terms.
2. The club dispenses to members only, for their own private use.
3. Members may not pass on anything they collect.

No download, no app store. Members open member.my-g.biz/your-club and add it to their home screen. Forgotten password? They fix it themselves from the sign-in page, or you send the link from the register. Staff never see or set a member's password.

Their QR code. It identifies their membership and nothing else.
Every collection, with the weight they were charged. Voided ones struck through.
Balance, what it's worth, and every movement.
Their details, and the terms version and date they accepted.
No proprietary hardware. No barcodes needed: clubs sell by search and tiles. Receipts are on screen and in the member's own history.
We do this with you, and the Quick Start guide walks every step.
My G Biz isn't a download. It's a network of South African clubs, distributors and makers running on one system, set up by hand, one operator at a time. Here is everything it does.

It's a dispensing system. A member joins the club and the shop records what they collect, against their membership. That framing is the SA club model, and it's built into the software: the till won't charge without a member.
The till keeps ringing up. Sales queue and send themselves when the line is back, usually within a minute. Voids, points and the cash drawer wait for the connection, and the screen tells you so. The power cuts out; My G doesn't.
No. The member app runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
Yes, and you should. Paste your lawyer's wording; the app versions it and records what each member agreed to.
Take the payment on your Yoco machine and type the reference into the till. The cash-up shows the card total to check against the Yoco app. There is no card integration to break.
Products and stock, yes: import from the Marketplace and receive your shelf. Members join themselves by QR; most clubs re-register their members over the first weeks with the poster at the counter. Tell us about your situation in the application.
Your club, and nobody else on the platform. Every record is walled to your company.
My G Biz is by application. We load your catalogue, brand your member app and your poster, and walk your staff through the first shift, so we take on a limited number of clubs at a time. We read every application ourselves and usually reply within a day.
